Delivery of wrong and cheap product I ordered for purchase of two pairs sony brand earbuds, with buy one get one offer, for Rs. 1599/-, I dont remember the date of placing the order with COD mode of payment. I got a parcel on dated 08.10.2020 and paid Rs. 1600/- cash for the same. When, I opened the parcel got a damaged and destroyed parcel and plus it was not the order I placed something else came so I want to return the product and want all my cash hand to hand….thank u
