I ordered a smartwatch name Noise Caliber Buzz on 8th of Feb and received the order yesterday i.e. 10th Feb. After opening it I found some scratches on the back of the dial… After that I powered on the watch and the LED on the back is constantly blinking. I tried to connect to the customer care of Noise and they said that we won’t be able to give refund but help you in some other way…. but I only need the refund no more questions nothing but now they are not responding to complaints
