I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (128GB) that I purchased from Flipkart on [05/08/2023] for the amount of INR 32028. Unfortunately I received the product in a damaged and defective condition as the display is completely blank and non-functional.
I would like to bring to your attention the following details regarding the order:
Product: Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (128GB)
Price: INR 32028
Delivery Date: [08/08/2023]
Condition upon Delivery: Damaged and Defective
Upon receiving the product I immediately noticed that the display of the phone was completely blank with no signs of functionality. I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps including charging the device performing a hard reset and contacting Samsung’s customer support. However none of these efforts have resolved the issue indicating a serious defect in the product.
As an esteemed customer of Flipkart I had expected to receive a brand new and fully functional product. However the product received not only fails to meet these expectations but also fails to adhere to the high quality associated with Samsung products. This has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
In light of these circumstances I kindly request that Flipkart takes immediate action to rectify this issue. I am seeking a replacement for the defective Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (128GB) unit that I received. It is my right as a consumer to receive a product that is undamaged and in proper working condition.
