  1. Hello Team,
    Purchase date 6 feb, delivered on 6 march. Order ID OD120948559079280000
    I have purchase of sofa set, i would like to inform you the harassment i am getting from flipkart. The saofa was delivered late and in damaged condition. I have requested for return, replacement and refund. Everyday i call flipkart and they say technician will visit but next day they reject my request. I have raised too many times request but they reject and close.
    I paid 20,000 rupees for a damaged and worst product. The vendor tells me we can’t do anything. She even asks me to file a case.
    flipkart is not taking any action and now i am forced to file a consumer complaint.
    Kindly look into the matter and resolve to return this sofa and refund my money.
