Text of Complaint by Karan Kadam:

1. My order of 1.5 ton lyod ac was delivered to me on 2nd august 2023. Within 5 minutes of the delivery I have raised the complaint that the ac delivered toe is damaged. The box did not contain any remote and manual as well.

2. The front grill of the ac is broken.

3. The cooling fan of the ac is also broken. It is clearly visible.

4. The model number which I had ordered is not the same one which i received.

5. Complaint has been raised daily since 2nd August by me and suddenly today the Flipkart customer care tells me that my product is not eligible for return.

6. The product is eligible for return for 10 days from the date of delivery.

7. I have raised the complaint and requested for return since day 1.
