I had purchased 2
LG 1.5 Ton 3 Star DUAL Inverter Split AC (Copper, Super Convertible 5-in-1 Cooling) ACs from Amazon india.
Out of 2 ACs one was completely found and one was damaged.
I placed a replacement request for 1 AC on 21st May 2022 and a new product delivered on 25th May 2022. On the 26th When installation person came he found that a copper pipe was missing from the box. I placed return request as Amazon did not provide a refund for Pipe which was costing 2200 INR.
They scheduled pickup on Sunday, 29th May 2022. No one picked up. They rescheduled pick up on 31st May and no one picked up. now they have rescheduled pick up 1st June.
They are not initiating refunds and delaying pickup.
I have called them multiple times. wasted my time and no response.
This is harassment of customers.
