Text of Complaint by Pankaj Kori:

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Flipkart and SV Peripherals. I bought a home theater 4.1 Intex 2622 from them, but the product was delivered in a poor condition. The box was tampered, the manual was missing, and the sound quality was low. I requested a replacement, but it took a lot of effort and time to get it. The replacement product was even worse. It was not working at all, and the box was also tampered. I decided to ask for a refund, but the EKart executive refused to pick up the product. He said I should have reported it as damaged, but the product was not visibly damaged. It was just defective. I think this is a scam by SV Peripherals and Flipkart. They are selling faulty products and making it hard for customers to return them. I am very frustrated and unhappy with this experience.
This is the mental trauma to me…
