Dear Sir
I ordered a Mobile Phone of Samsung Company being “Samsung Galaxy M31 S” and the same was delivered to me on 16-10-2020 however after receiving the mobile when i used I found that the mobile is not charging and hence it stitched off and as it is not charging it is not starting, so I came to know that the mobile has manufacturing defect and I asked for replacement on 19-10-2020 and the pick up boy of Amazon came on 20-10-2020 but as per policy of Amazon the pick up did not pick up the Mobile as it was not starting and hence not showing the IMEI No. in the mobile and so he left without picking up the mobile. Thereafter I again filed a complaint in customer care amazon and tell them the story that the pick up boy is not picking up the mobile due to non showing IMEI No. as the phone is not starting up and in reply the customer care people told me that we will proper instruction to the pick up and he definitely pick up the mobile however the pick up guy came and did not pick up the mobile but did not pick up the mobile phone due to IMEI No. and this was repeated for 10 times in row.
And now I am tired now and no options please do justice to me, As i was without any mobile so due dire need of a mobile i purchased a new mobile now and do not need a replacement and just want refund of the amount as being paid by me to the amazon.
Please give Justice to me.
