I have purchased a refrigerator from Flipkart and the refrigerator was delivered on 06th September 2021. When unboxed we saw a damaged product and requested a replacement . The second refrigerator which was received was also a damaged product . So we requested for refund. After many discussions with Flipkart agents they are saying issue is resolved and refund cannot be initiated . They have also sent a mail saying refund will be initiated as soon as the damaged product is picked up from my location . But there is no response
