Text of Complaint by Neelam:

  1. Order No #134338206 Order date – 05 Mar 2021 Order Received – 30 Mar 2021. The dress which i received is damaged and dirty too. I tried to return this package through your APP but i received the message saying that “the pickup address is not serviceable by your courier partner. I have to courier the item yourself”. But how it is possible that your courier partner could not pickup the parcel as at the same address he delivered the package on 30 Mar 2021 and the same day i requested for return but as per your reply the address is not serviceable for collecting returns. It is not understood how i am receiving my parcel in the same address since long which is not serviceable. Why i have been asked to courier the item by myself. Why should i spare courier charges for defect piece.
