My name is vikas thakur I have ordered artic air cooler worth rs 2098 order number VDS83056 on 22 June 2019 from impulse ecommerce 3415 mubarikpur (meerpur) tehsil dera bassi dist mohali punjab 140201 india mobile number is 6284410529 . The product was broken and when i call on this number it is switched off I than took out the number from Google and Mr. Manish Kumar mobile number 7979926518 called me and he misguided me and want my card details with otp when i refuse to give he told your refund won’t be possible Without otp I have recording of his also . He than disconnect my call and now he is not picking up my calls I want the refund pls help me out . I am sending the images
