i ordered an iqoo3 mobile phone from flipkart the agent delivered me a damaged phone then i raised a replacement. replacement accepted by company but agent denay to replace the product not my replacement canceled by flipkart is this okay why damage product not changing i contact customer care executives the do nothing for me please help my order id is OD428163241806325100 AND MY M0BILE NO IS 9457018611. i am sending image of broken seal of phone in the hand of agent while this is not my work to take an image while unboxing till then i am faceing problems please help
