I paid online for whirlpool 7.0 kg fully automatic washing machine from amazon. I received order but machine was totally damaged from outside. Even delivery boys were surprised looking at machine and they immediately repackaged and took away. I paid 4 days back and i paid when bank offer was going on. So i got discount from hdfc bank. I also paid for extended warranty. Now there is no bank discount. And again if i am going for same machine i am supposed to pay extra which is totally loss to me. This is mistake of Amazon and dealers but i am suffering. I want this discount loss back from Amazon.
