Text of Complaint by Parag Addulwar:

I have purchased prestige induction cooktop from on dated 03 July 2022 flipkart order id OD225370075191365000.I got delivery of damage product on dated 09 july 2022 which is not working I have submitted return request but they are providing only replacement which has not pickup up yet and delivery agent just canceled my return request without even contacting me. I tried to contact him and he had not received my call and I am continously tried to contact customer care but they are giving me only dates to resolve complaint but no any resolution from their side please help me out to solve this issue and try to give me compensation for mental trouble and wastage of time I m facing.
