On 04/12/2019 i purchased a scooter Suzuki access 125 and took extended warranty . Till 2022 i was doing periodical checkup and services through them and suddenly they stopped the operation without ay intimation and were doing the services through the local workshop. On 28th Feb 2024 suddenly scooter break down and couldn’t move. When the local workshop found that that there was a major problem with engine then i mailed the compliant to Suzuki Motorcycle India
https://www.suzukimotorcycle.co.in and they asked to contact their new service center . When i took the scooter they gave an estimate of 35k to repair it and informed that cant avail extended warranty.
