I have taken loan from mpokket of Rs. 7000 in 7 May 2020 for due to pandemic Covid19 so that’s why i got some financial issues and so that why i cant pay that amount of Rs. 16364 and they started calling me everyday and charging me double of the amount, per day they are taking penalty i requested them to stop the penalty because of this pandemic Covid19 , i cant pay double of the amount, I just earn right now 7500 , I am the only family support of my family if I give them all the money I can’t support my family please understan and reduce the amount , I am not saying I I I will not pay but please stop the daily penelty and reduce my loan amount and give me some more time for paying your loan
