Respected Sir/Mam, I got link from instagram that phonepe is offering loan
just to check that I clicked and this Daily Loan app got downloaded
automatically in my phone, after that I looked into it this and filled my name,
number then aadhaar and pan details, it asked for bank account number so
I filled that and then once I click on done it automatically transferred around
16000 in my SBI account without my consent or any kind of loan formalities
and without any RBI e-mandate or any process or guidelines. They did not
gave any kind of sanctioned letter or any thing on mail and have not taken
my consent or not even asked my requirements. Now they are demanding
30K in 6 days to repay or they will harasses or defame me or morphed my
images and viral, please help me out as they are scammers as i have
checked them on youtube and google this is a scam application, which
gives money without any consent of user as a loan and they forcely
harasses to repay triple or double amount within 6 days. Please help me as
many are already victim of this scam.
