I have an airtel sim and my pack consists of 1.5gb/per day. Few days ago I had just use my mobile for an hour and 90% data usage alert appeared. I was a bit surprised as there was no alert for 50% usage but I just ignored it. Today, the same thing happened with me. I had gone somewhere since morning and my mobile data was turned off for the whole day. At night, I turned it on and after a few minutes the speed slowed down. So, I went to the airtel thanks app and to my surprise it showed that 0.0mb was left out 1.5 gb. This is so disappointing. Data exhausts without even consumptiom. Airtel needs to answer this. We are paying flr this, money doesn’t grow on trees. If this happens again I will port my sim into some other server.
