Hi!
For the last few days, I have been facing issues with Airtel.
My daily data balance of 3GB gets used up even without any usage on my end.
This has been happening for the last few days.
So this morning, I started to keep note of the data balance which was remaining after every hour.
After some light data usage at night, the remaining balance was 2.7GB.
I woke up the next day and without having used any of the 2.7GB remaining data, the balance came down to 1.2GB at 12pm.
Then again I started keeping track of the data balance and found that the data had expired for the day around 3pm today, without having been used at my end.
I tried contacting Airtel via email and customer care number but the emails were not replied to and the customer care number was of no use as well as I was unable to contact any Airtel customer service executive.
I also visited the store but the service executive there said that it must’ve been due to high usage at my end, which is untrue.
This has been happening for many days.
Please help with this.
