I ordered a worth 999/- with a pack of 06 and more 06 free, which means a total quantity of 12. But I received only the 06 Polkadot saree cover, which is also of poor quality and does not meet the mentioned specification. I got this order today on 19/08/2022 through Shadowfax having orderID CD6206HCS0007028, order no.128558018 with AWB no. SF303189386AEP and Shadowfax rider 912067325651 PIN 6566 and sold by Angel Quilts House No. 3656 Nahargarh road Chandpole Bazaar Jaipur Rajasthan 302001 GST No. 08NACPS1981M1ZT. This type of happening clearly indicates as the company engaged in fraudulent activities for deceiving customers. I want to return the same to the seller, so arrange a pickup by sending your representative to the address in the image or as in AWB details and refund at the same time.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
