My newly purchased split inverter ac stopped cooling and hence I registered repair request (ticket no. 39160189) on June 4, 2023. After too many requests to service technician, he inspected the ac and it was realised that the gas has leaked. He told me to fill the gas by Friday June 9, 2023. But he didn’t show up. I called service center at amravati also. But, these people are not responding at all.

Youraj ji, this exact issue has happened to me as well. I purchased the Daikin AC last month, and it does not cool at all. I contacted every Daikin Executives but they have not helped me at all. It is my humble request that we should take strict action against Daikin because there service is as bad as it can be. The are blatantly violating Consumer Rights and there is not Accountability of any sort.
