We purchased A daikin split AC from EP Electronics Paradise Pvt LTD, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi dated 22.08.2018. The machine worked for fine for two-three years. Now, it has been creating a lot of issues. Five engineers from Unique Cool Point Sector-71, Noida visited my house. After charging me around INR 8000, the AC is still not working at all. In the fifth visit, engineer said a different story that he can’t fix the problem. The whole coiling should be replaced and that will cost me an additional INR 10,260 without a single day of warranty or guarantee. Now, after getting so frustration, we are thinking to sell this product to scrapper, install a new better ac from a competitive brand. NEVER EVER PURCHASE A DAIKIN AC. IT’S NOT WORTH SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. WHO IS GOING TO SPEND INR 20,000 TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT DOEN’T COME WITH A SINGLE DAY OF WARRANTY. ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!

the issue has already been escalated five times without a proper resolution. To my utter surprise, each visiting technicians educated and diagnosed with a different problem and charged me different amounts (I have all those bills with me). Now the last visiting technician told me to replace the whole coiling, costing me INR 10,260 without a minute of warranty or guarantee. WHY KIND OF AC DAIKING IS MANUFACTURING THAT REQUIRES INR 20,000 OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AFTER SPENDING 40,000 IN BUYING THE AC??
I have suffered and spent enough money for the repair work for this season. For 45-60 more days, why should I spend another 10,260 for this not very old machine??? YOU MUST FIX THE PROBLEM WITHOUT ME SPENDING ANY PENNY. Does it make any sense to spend more money for this shitty machine? I am so frustrated and sitting in my house while sweating.
Else, I have decided to sell this machine to the scrapper for sure within a few days ahead.
