Dear Sir,
my old set-top box was faulted and I’ve replaced it with a new set-top
box.
Now on 25.102020, I recharge for six months, from your website by using my
debit card and yesterday I got the display “INSUFFICIENT BALANCE”.
Due to this display without my knowledge, my father recharged.
As I contacted d2H customer care several times I found it was recharged to
my old set-up box.
I request you to do needful to resume my new set-top box at earliest.
THEY ARE NOT REVERING MY PAYMENT NOR TRANSFERING THE AMOUNT TO MY NEW SETTOP BOX.
