Text of Complaint by Sumit Rana:

i made a recharge of inr 318 on dated 26 april’20 the amount got deducted from bank account but not recharge. i had a word with D2h customer care representative, she told me to wait for 24 hours to reflect the amount in D2H account. Now its been more than 24 hours but amount is not reflecting in d2h account nor gets refund bak to bank account.
