Text of Complaint by Katthick muthusamy:

I have complained daily from 12 feb till day. There is no response. I have complained through customer care they said issue will resolved within 24 hrs.

Engineer not arrived within 24 hrs, again i called to customer care, they said will take complaint from engineer, issue will resolved within 8 hrs working hrs. Still we didnt get resolved.

Lot of times around 20 times informed to customer care they said simply engineer will arrive within 8 working hrs. Pls look into this.

At the same i need refund for when those days are issue not getting resolved & i need refund extra days becoz i suffering for 5 days without entertainment. Kindly do the needful.
