The last recharge was on 17/12/2020, on 19/March/2022 after 1 year I recharged 310Rs in my account RefrenceId was: ARMN146049530 & Transaction Id: NX22031920532383610674051, but it was showing Signal not available. Then I got to know that my dish was broken and cable was cut down my some-one, I decided to get a refund of my recharge. I visited on d2h official website, I log in, and visit the SelfHelp section in DIY Tool, selected all categories perfectly, Recharge & Billing Related/Online Payment Reversal Request, enter all details correctly but it shows: “Failed to process request. EPRS mode payment cannot be refunded from this mode.” So I called on customer care, a lady picked up I tell her all about the issue, then she immediately cut the call. I need my recharge Refund back.
