I have made recharge of 420 rs towards Videocon d2h on 9th Feb’19, and as of today the services have not been provided. Their customer care sucks and do not reply to mails or calls.
I have already raised complaint in consumer court with Docket no 1152714 which again I think is waste of my time. As no action is taken yet.
I have already lost 7 days inspite of making payment.
I fail to understand where is the problem.
I need my refund of whole amount and compensation for this harassment.
