I placed an order for two kurtis from D Couple Online Couture, which operates through Instagram, on May 7, 2025. I paid ₹1949 in full at the time of order.
Till date, I have not received the products, nor have I received any updates, confirmation, or tracking details. I have attempted to contact them through:
Calls to the number on their Instagram
Multiple messages to their Instagram account
Despite this, there has been no response or resolution.
