Apps like bingocash,silvercoin,cashsamosa,rupeetiger,buddycash,reliantcash,honeyloan,vcash,bestowloan,cash Vada ,grukk loan and many more are harassing ,torturing people mentally by hacking all data of phones calling all phone contacts,sending vurnebal photo with borrowers photo pasted on it .
This is not the rule of recovery as per RBI guidelines please look into the matter seriously else their will be sucides in thousands.please take the matter urgent & very serious
