Sir,
My name is Sheetal Vishwakarma
On December 4th I had got a message to my mail and message on WhatsApp to join a part-time job in “ZYLON SERVICES”
So I decide to join it and I joined in it, I discontinue continue the work because of penalty without earning and I want to quit the job
- So, I mail them on 5th December on their mail (help4captcha01@gmail.com), and after sometime I get a WhatsApp message and call from them (7046979052) was the number and They told me that if I want to quit the job means I should pay the amount of Rs6900 as per there demand I paid the Amount on that day at the time of 3:04pm(afternoon), after some time they again message me and saying my Sr. Advocate was not accepting the payment so they demand me the amount of Rs.48300 as the penalty charges and the same day on 5th December I get a call at 3:48pm from them and the number was (7096197902) and call to me and said to settle down the total amount and you will get the NOC and I settle the full amount of RS69000 for total 11 months penalty. he was telling me that he was an advocate so please help me and please take some legal action.
