I had taken data entry(form filling offline work) work from Evanston technogoloies based in gujarat in 2018. but i could not able to complete the work as i had underwent some major surgery. so i called the company’s executive and cancelled the work and paid the penalty of rs 7040 and i still have there receipt of noc. but yesterday someone called me i.e. on 4th march 2021 and asked me for rs 33000 as court cancellation charges otherwise the case will go in surat court and they told me i have to bear the consequences and have to pay a huge amount of rs2.5 lakhs and also an arrest warrant will be issued .
