Text of Complaint by Mannat Miglani:

I am a student and i applied online on quikr jobs for earning some money in lockdown. I received a message on whatsapp from ornota soloutions that they will provide me job without any investment fees and i have to gibe my adhar card along with some details i register with them after some time i thoght that they hadnt even asked abkut my bank details so if i complete my work how would they pay i was in doubt so i checked and found that it was fraud on internet websites so i said no to them and block their no. So that it would settle but now they are threating me by sending emails and texts on my mobile no. They are giben as below:

by the aforesaid mail we inform you that we have received your File from our Client(    ORNOTA SOLUTION ) in order to take steps for legal action against you for violating the clauses of the Agreement duly signed and attested by you.
You are liable Under Indian Contract Act 1872 and other provisions according to law.
We are sending you the soft copy  of the Legal Notice in your email and hereby you are informed to reply back to us within 7 day

And i replied with this email
Sir what agreement are u talking about?

You all are making a fun i haven’t sign any of the contract .
Any agreement which just contain the name cant be regarded as an agreement.
Also i had refused on that day that i will not do work just cancel our this.
The company is just making false statements.
I even had proofs that i have refused.
Soo just clear this as i didnt doo any signn nothing else

After sending this i unblocked their whatsapp no. And send messages that they should highlight me but didnt receive any message and i have a lot of proofs that they are fraud i am receiving emails under name of rupesh yadav and when i searched his ne i found out their are lot of ither complaints too under his name so it made me.sure that it is truly a cyber crime. Am also attaching message he sent me on my mobile no.
Under sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code you need to clear the dues of the court and settle your dues, otherwise Court behold the right to take strict action against you. Call on 8140140354 for further assistance. ATVTSF
