Dear Sir
Kindly note Novatech Data solutions situated in Gujarat make agreement without my permission.
They take my signature and aadhar card. After making agreement, they told me if i would not able to do work they will take legal action against me and they will case me in court. I called them but phone is busy and showing fake job on truecaller.
I said disagree to their agreement on email and also asked to cancel registration but they didn’t cancel and demanded to pay 4500 rs first.. Now i got email from their side for case filing against me. Plzz help me sir i have no money if i have money why i will search for these part time jobs.
These kind of fraud job and scammers demotivate public to trust on online portals.
I daily got a mail from their lawyer associate …now they said I have to pay 4500 rs. + 3000 rs for legal notice.
Pls see below mail from their side and attached file also.
Also they are sending messages on WhatsApp to threaten me.
Kindly advise and help me.
