I Listed my property for rent on 99 acres, this guy connected with me and agreed to take on rent. Reason cited is transfer from Mumbai to Delhi. He said that deposit money will be transferred from Government and there is some different practice and want me to use google pay to complete the transaction. He was insisting that I type his bank account details on account transfer form. I was able to understand that he is a fraudster and avoided any loss

This guy contacted me today for rental requirement in Mathura same AADHAR no and he also shared the CISF ID Card Somehow I got feeling he is a fraud and got confirmed when I checked in search engine. Quite shocking he has guts to use the same name and ID to dupe people. This time he used ID Card of CISF which is not allowed as per GOI rules and it is reason for doubt. His registered number on MAGIC BRICKS +918260902305 and whatsapp number +919348964177
Magic Bricks Team need to take corrective action as such people doing frauds using there platform.
मैने अपनी एक प्रॉपर्टि रेंट के लिए 99 एकड़ पर डाली और अनिकेत का फोन आया की मैं आपकी प्रॉपर्टि रेंट पर लेना चाहता हूँ। एक बार में वो रेंट के लोए तैयार हो गया और बोला आपको आज ही मेरे डिपार्टमेंट द्वारा रेंट जमा करा दिया जाएगा । और थोड़ी देर बाद अहमदाबाद CISF के ऑफिस से फोन आया की आप अपना गूगल पे नंबर दे दो , नंबर देने के बाद बोला मेरा डिपार्टमेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड के द्वारा ही गूगल पे पर पैसा डालेगा । तो मैं समझ गया ये फ़्रौड है और मैंने उसके बाद अपना गूगल नहीं खोला । मैंने कहा आप बैंक में पैसा ट्रान्सफर कर दो तो बोला की हमारा डिपार्टमेंट सिर्फ गूगल पे द्वारा ही पैसा ट्रान्सफर करता है । ये फ़्रौड है इसको सज़ा मिलनी ही चाहिए ।

With same ID details called me when an ad for house renting was posted in OLX. telling that he is a CISF employee. shared ID card also. was telling that today his HRA etc some issue if fund not transferrd today. I asked to forward the official mail he got regarding fund transfer HRA etc. so no reply
