Today, on 14-06-2023 at 06:27 AM, ₹8820 and ₹4900 (Total = ₹13720) got debited from my credit card saved on my flipkart account. When I woke up at 7:10 AM, I saw a message stating that my card was used for an order on Flipkart. When I opened my Flipkart account I saw two Google Play Gift Card orders which had 9 and 5 gift card quantities respectively. I called Flipkart, they said they can’t do anything and also told me to file a complaint at cyber cell. I called HDFC bank, they blocked the card and filed a complaint. Then I called Cyber Crime helpline and got my complaint booked temporarily. I booked a permanent complaint using the link they provided. Acknowledgement number : 22106230010605
I also physically visited nearest Cyber Crime Cell and lodged a complaint there too. Please help me out.
