Myntra banned my account. Without giving any prior notice and reason, they discontinued my account services. I had 2000 rs in my wallet which were used to buy some products.
After the last purchase when I tried to return the products I was logged out of my account and could not get in it. The products were not of adequate quality. I tried to talk to their customer care but got no help whatsoever. I had to keep 7 thousand worth products which were incorrect size/inadequate quality. Till date I have no account on myntra as they banned my numbers and there is no way I can revive an account. This is not correct and we should be informed before deactivating our accounts and appropriate reason should been given.
