I’m a student in search of a part time online job then a mam named Shreya messaged me like r u searching for a job we have a opportunity and then she asked me my willingness then she told me about to give some details like pan/adhar/ voter id, my house address, name , dob, age etc in the process of registration she took my digital signature and a photo . I didn’t get any benifits from this organization and I even didn’t attended any of the classes and now I’m receiving calls in the name of consumer commision executive officer and demanding for fee 7075/- including gst to be paid with in an hour or else criminal case will be filed against me in the near by police station. Then I need to hire a lawyer come to surat Gujarat to withdraw the case by paying 30 to 50k . For all most 24 hours I’ve been threatened by them. Why should I pay them 7075 when I’ve not attended any class didn’t get any job and not benefited by them .
