I repaid my loan Amount on 27th Dec via bhim app for rs 3500 and the transaction is successful.
Yet I get message from Flexicash app that I haven’t paid and they are asking for daily overdue fee.
Please can this be looked into
I have all the proof that i repaid the amount

Sir, I’m samir Roy I was taken a loan from flip cash. on 24/12/2020 was my repayment day and I was repay flip cash and okcash both but today still this app showing my due amount plus my overdues fee.
Please help and recover all this things
