They approached me for work from home. online data entry.
they took my details but didn’t give the agreement and I am a graduate. They basically said per form 33Rs. for 7 days.
After I did my work they said you are not liable for salary coz xyz no of forms are wrong and they are charging me for it Rs.4,999.
they have been giving me the wrong accusation of discussing with me everything but they have not. Used my details without telling me. also Giving me my agreement after my job is done when I asked.
mentally harassing me, talking rudely, scoring coz I am a student. i tried calling the customer care and the hr but it was switched off. they sent me blank agreement and after job done they attached my details on to it and accusing me of not paying.
i have spent the past 7 days working and not getting paid and asking money from me for nothing.
i Cannot attach my agreement it has my personal details.
they made me fool by offering me a job and taking my electronic signature, adhar card and address. they said for verification but attached it in the agreement.
i request serious actions to be taken on them for causing fake jobs, harassing employees and not paying for the work done.
