Text of Complaint by Jeeva Gopal:

Basically I have gotten a whatsApp text suddenly for applying to a job that’s pair data solutions based in Gujarat. They have sent me terms and conditions. And in the conditions it’s clearly mentioned it needs 90% accuracy and i should pay 6000 plus gst if i dont submit work on time. The day they gave me this I was forced to agree to terms and conditions. And the payout was every five days .. I tried asking them for payout proofs but they wouldn’t provide me saying it’s private. So I agreed to terms and conditions and later I couldn’t start the work because my laptop was broken and had gone for service.. I had informed the person who texted me about the job that I cannot do it.. She asked me to contact customer service number,, I contacted customer service number twice but the number said network not reachable, so I left it after five days I’m getting a legal notice email stating that I will have to pay a certain amount 7080 to cancel the contract I had agreed too.. And if I dont pay by two pm they will forward my case and I will have to pay 45000 at court.. I was scared and started panicking. I didn’t know about this and they had blackmailed me saying that I could have informed them earlier or sent an email stating I won’t do the work.. And that they have my adaar card and pan card and it will cause problems in my bank… I got scared so I paid the amount… Now these people are like I had paid the amount to cancel the first project only and that I will have to pay the remaining to cancel the full contract.. They are asking me for extra 10000 . And they are like if I don’t cancel they will proceed with court case filing.. And that they have sent my details to my nearby police station.
