Dear Sir,
An amount of Rs. 24,999 from my SBI Savings Bank Account has been fraudulently deducted by GALACTUS FUNWARE Technology Pvt Ltd through SMS.
They has sent an SMS with a link (https://7zct.short.gy/g4RDFA) asking for PAN card updation along with OTP. Once the OTP was sent by mistake from us, the above amount has been deducted immediately.
We have approached the Bank and requested for deactivating the Internet Banking service temporarily.
Could you please help us to recover this amount at the earliest. Would be greateful if we can hear from you .
