I received an automated call saying its FEDEX with an identical tone saying there is a parcel which is undelivered to the sender asked to hit 1 to know more. Once I pressed 1, got transferred to Rahul Sharma emp id fx728924 asked if I have sent any international shipment to Taiwan. When I said no, he said this is the Parcel number 328932129197 and Parcel date 5th sept 2024 under my phone number. he mentioned the receiver’s address is 112/3 sanbei road Datong district taitei city Taiwan pin104001 was booked to send to Zhang Lin whose contact number is +886 2737889 and the payment details is icici credit card ending with 1394, INR 15,629. The parcel was stopped by customs has got hold of this with passport, credit cards 4.2 kg cloth 3000 USD cash and 200 g mdma . He said please file complaint immediately if somebody is using your personal information or illegal activities or he asked to visit the Mumbai cyber crime branch to register a complaint i said i could not travel to Mumbai then he said he can transfer to the Mumbai Crime Branch to lodge a complaint with given information. I disconnected the call I understood it’s a scam also i don’t have any credit card like this.
