- They threatened me and said that they will do case on me and they will send Court notice and first they said give 4700 I have paid from account and after that they are saying to give 9500 rupees and they said if I will not give and they will send the penalty of 2,50,000 and he said his name is SAGAR SHARMA ( 7265863302) and one another call me saying that he is senior advocate ( 9726335569) and their helpline number is (9909901946) and they all threatened me and have already taken 4700 rupees

Next time he calls you, shout at him and tell him that you will expose him and he is not real. Tell him to send his enrolment number and bar status or else you will file a case against him. That is exactly what I did. You can write this to the fake advocate:
You first prove that you are actually an advocate. Email me your enrollment number/ license number and state bar along with your snap so that I can cross check your credentials. I won’t accept any intimation without your valid proof.
If you fail to produce evidence and if you are not and advocate, then I will prosecute you under Section 420, 467, 468, 109/120B.
I suppose if you an advocate you would know these sections. You would have to face dire consequences of the fake identity.
Excellent advice. These are fraud people trying to extort money from scared people. The moment they see that you are not scared and will not pay, they will immediately leave to alone and not harass.

Same things are happening with me these all are fake advocates they only threatening people for money. If they are really advocate they know the case digit no. I m checking all the things all are fake.
I request to you all please don’t pay any amount to them.
