I Adit Chaudhuri was documented by a company named Pinnacle Webtech and said that I have to submit 520 forms for a sum of money and I agreed they took my details like my passport picture my card number cv and Aadhar card ..in the end they said I haven’t achieved 90% accuracy and also they detected a fake login I don’t know from where and took away 8000 rupees from me on the threatening of legal proceeding ..today again they said I need to pay them 20 k more to get my salary …and when I asked for time they threatened me of legal proceedings and also threatened of misusing my personal details of my documents which they have . Now a lawyer named siddhant Agarwal contacted me and threatened me that I will be blacklisted from all jobs and career ruining completely……..and have sent me a mail that a fir has been registered against me and I have to pay 77000 rupees ..

अपने देश में अभी डिजिटल एग्रीमेंट का कोई नियम नहीं है यह बात मैंने हर एक जगह पूछी है। कभी भी कोई एडवोकेट या क्राइम ब्रांच वाला आपको कॉल करके पैसे की डिमाण्ड नहीं करेगा न ही कोर्ट की नोटिस ईमेल या व्हाट्सएप्प पर आती है ये पूरा पूरा फ़्रॉड्स है और इनके लोग भी फ़्रॉड्स है इनकी बातों पर यकीन न करें और न ही इनको पैसे दे। आप लोग इनके फ़ोन कॉल, फ़ोन मैसेज, व्हाट्सएप्प मैसेज, ईमेल सभी को नजरअंदाज करें और इनकी धमकियों भरी फ़ोन कॉल से न डरे ये लोग कुछ नहीं कर सकते आपका सिर्फ धमकियां देते है।

I have also Agreement with that company and they are send me the same legal notice just name was changed.
I have also registered with PINNACLE WEB TEC company for work but they not give me any agreement but now they are send me same legal notice just lawyer name was changed. At the time of registration I send my Aadhar card, PAN card picture.
Don’t panic and pay the amount just leave it like that and dont lift their phone calls and block the numbers and dont respond to them the notices they send its was all fake and all are frauds if u panic and pay the amount they will ask more and more amount.
