Hi,
I have taken a loan for 3000 & 4500/- due date for loan repayment is 7 days as per app but on 6th i have received calls on what’s up to repay my loan otherwise they have threatened me to share my morphed and pic’s and images to my contact list.
Initially they have offered me a discount on loan repayment still i have paid full amount for one loan of 3000 and another loan i have paid 1200 before due date and balance 1800 next day post this payment there was no update on app on repayment after one week i got a call from collection team stating you needed to total due amount of 7500 if not paid then gentleman started threatening to send morphed pic’s of mine to contact list. Later i have informed him aim repaying it he told in app UPI repayment is not working aim sharing another UPI you need to re pay on this i have paid the Full amount he confirmed he has received both the payment but no update on site i have followed up multiple Times no confirmation and no revert even today also same situation happened i have forced to pay 7500 again through UPI i have complete details of payment to whom I have paid currently in app it is showing again half paid request you to kindly resolve the issue and no dues to be paid from end your collection team has cheating and cheated me in the name of loan repayment.
