i started data entry work for nova tech enterprise.they says that they give me 16000-18000 per week and registration charges are after payment so i started work but after 4 days my account has blocked and then i contact them but they are not respond my phone calls and emails.after some days someone call me and saying that we are receved a complaint against you.that persons name is adv.Mahendra Prajapati .he syas that i have to clear the charges for that i have to pay 5000.if i don’t pay that amount then they are filling a case againt me.when i pay that amount thn they says that i have to pay 15,963 for NOC .and then i have to pay 21,830 for collect the Docket Number.and after that i have to pay 25,853 for last step of cancellation of agrement .today they call me againt for the amount,when i say them that i’m not paying that amount thn they say that they filling the case in Ahmednagar Maharashtra District Court.what i do.please help me.

Sir I am Gaurav Sharma , With due respect, I beg to say that the Nova tech enterprises were gave me a project in which 640 form & 16000 to 18000 payment for this project , then I filled that all 640 form. I am sure that not any form, rong filled by me like (e.g. capital , small letters, spellings, punctuation etc) I complete my project according to their terms & condition in under 6 days but they gave me 7 days. Before submit I check that my filled form & then after submit. Yesterday 20.04.2020 Mahendra prajapati was called me They told me that your 79 form is rong & 64 forms are allowed 15 form is rong by you, But I am fully sured that not any form wrong filled by me & Mahendra prajapati told me that you will have to pay 5000 for cancel your agreement if you will do not pay this amount I am filling case on you. Sir please help me.

I am also the victim. Mein cyber crime mein report karwa chuka hu. Lekin india ke govt. and security agency sab beke huea hai. Islye call aata hai aane do. Ukso bolo jo karna hai kar le. Kyu who saare doc fake hai.
