I booked a flight ticket(Agartala to Kolkata) online from a site called ‘travolook’ on 28th of December 2021 . But 2minutes later I received a mail from travolook that my ticket has cancelled and refund would be made in 10-15 working days. But till today I haven’t received the refund amount . The most irritating part is calling and mailing at their customer service number but nobody response to it unless you tweet them on twitter. So I would request to take a legal action immediately against this fraud company and stop from looting people further. I would also request to take necessary action and initiate the refund amount.
