On 10th July, 11th July he called me  i didn’t agree then again 20th July 2020 I got a call from the same person RUTVIK SHAH(919099309188 [email protected]) of CradleSoft Enterprises.He offered me again a data entry job ,saying they are a freelancing company under the surveillance of government. I’ve to fill up 640 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy.But if I fail to complete the assignment within 1 week deadline or couldn’t make it with required accuracy I’ve to pay the registration fees.Otherwise they will give me Rs 31 /- per form.Then i agree to do the job after the registration and verification by a lady(named Riya Shah 9624362301) I started the work on 22th July.I had worked Appox 4 Hour i completed 70 entries then from the next day their Website https://work.cradlesoftenterprises.com/login is not working  then i call several time and mail them but their website still not working then i called them and told them on 23.07.20 to (Vipul Chowdhury 917698154104) that i want to cancel the work then he threat me that if you do not complete the job i will take a legal action against you because we have a legal employment contract then i have a doubt and i search in the internet and i saw that many peoples are complains against them the company doing a fraud with them, the date entry company locked their website for this reason peoples not completed their job and they blame to those people & charge to those people that you have to give this much money otherwise we are going to file a FIR against you in Gujarat Dahod Police Station & their lawyer calls those and send FIR copy and they are going to start blackmail to those i think that false FIR Copy, people feeling fear,tension about the FIR  and they transfer the money to them through Paytm or Phone Pay ,when i saw this i was mailed to Rutvik Shah on 24.07.20 at 2:55 Pm and clearly told them that i am cancelling the job i did not want to do the job, and leave my phone number in Consumer Complaints Court message area then a man called me the name is Mr. Ayush Rai residing at 101, Bally Jagacha Howrah 711101 (916291491924), he is facing the same problem from this company when we are talking to each other we share our legal employment Contract Number and you can’t believe that the notary number & date is same and also contact a person residing at punjab he is facing the same & notary number is also same this time to. i agreed to do the job in 22.07.20 but the contract date is 30.06.20 then we understand they are fraud then i was complain in  Consumer Complaints Court and also decide to email at  Kolkata Cyber Crime Department, sir they are using same contract notary number to both of us they just change the name, address,photo and signature but the contract notary number and date is same how it is possible sir, sir in the current scenario of Covid we have a fear that we can lose our job in any day, that’s why i am agree to do the job but sir when i understand about the fraud i clearly say no to this job.

i think they will try to blackmail us after some time.

Hence I think this is a fraud case. sir if they call me i don’t pay them anything.

please take a necessary step against those.
