I am mili bhandari. I got a call from Vipul choudhuri 7698154104 of cradle Soft Enterprises on 13 July 2020. He told me that is a data entry form filling job in which I have to fill 640 form with 90 %accuracy within 7 days and I have to correctly fill 576 form minimum to generate my salary. Then he send took aadhar card copy and send me affidavit in which the date in the stamp was mentioned as 30 June 2020 I did not notice that at the time they uploaded my signature and photo. In the agreement it was written that I have to fill the form with 90% accuracy otherwise I have to pay the registration fees that is 4840/ and if I completed the rask correctly I will get 19840/ as a salary. Then I got a call from a lady on 14th July for confirmation. I started my work on 14 th July 2020 and completed it on 21 St JULY2020 before deadline. In the meantime I have some technical issues in my computer and after some time later when I try to login again then my account has been blocked after that I call to their helpline number 7698154104 then that person tell me to pay 7999/ rupees for restart my work then I say I don’t have money and I don’t want to continue the job. Than that person told me to pay registration charge of 4850/ to leave the job otherwise they will forward my files to Ahmedabad Court. Than I feel scared and I paid the money. On 21 St July 2020 they called me and told that the QC report is generated and I have correctly filled only561 forms. That person name is Mahendra prajapati 7575865936. So i told him that I want see whether I have done mistakes but the person told it was not possible and asked me to pay 19950/ so that an auto correction panel is made for me and all the forms are automatically corrected. He told me give the money through Google pay / PHONE PAY within 10 minutes. Otherwise he lodge the F. I. R against me. Then I paid the money and he told me to login in there website for 15 minutes. After that he called me and asked for 21989/- for the clearance of proceeding charges within 20 minutes. Then I refuse to pay the money and told him to return the rs 19950+7999/- which he earlier told that was refundable. He told me he will not return the money and threatened me that he will file a F. I. R against me. He also told me if I not pay the amount I have to give more than 30000 to 40000. Please help me what should I do. Hope you will take an action against this fraud company.
