I have booked two flight tickets on 21 April 2022 in travolook site with booking reference no REF812537653 for Rs 8422/-. Soon after deduction of money from my account travolook employee called and said my ticked got cancelled and they initiated a refund process within 7 to 10 working days time. But till now I didn’t receive any message or mail regarding cancellation of tickets or refund process etc.
